  • Society of Maintenance + Reliability Professionals Annual Conference 2008
    Cleveland, OH, October 20-23 2008
    Apollo hosted booth #302 at this annual maintenance and reliability conference.  Apollo President Chris Eckert co-presented a paper with Dow Chemical Technology Associate/Reliability Specialist Mike Mastic titled "Team Root Cause Investigation."  According to SMRP staff, this was the highest attended session of the entire conference.  Download the paper.

    Apollo hosted booth #1613 and Vice President Brian Hughes moderated a successful round-table discussion  titled "How Does the Human Element Affect Risk?"  Attendees were intrigued by Brian's perspective on risk management and how punishment is rarely an effective solution.

    Apollo hosted a booth at this annual professional development event for safety, health and environmental professionals.  Although we had a great conference and met many great safety professionals, we were unsuccessful at the blackjack tables around town.

    Vancouver, Canada May 4-6 2008
    Apollo and Boeing were selected to co-present together at the Information Technology Service Management Forum (itSMF) 2008 Canada National Conference in Vancouver, BC.  The title of the presentation was "Effective ITIL Problem Management through Root Cause Analysis ・The Boeing Model".  The crowd was very interested in the topic and excited to hear about new breakthroughs in IT problem solving.
