  RECOMMENDED AUDIENCE: Managers and supervisors not involved in the details of an incident investigation, but have the need to direct associated activities. This course can also be used as an overview for anyone interested in effective problem solving.
  
  COURSE DESCRIPTION: This course provides an overview of the Apollo Root Cause Analysis techniques. It provides the knowledge needed to effectively communicate and direct activities associated with root cause analyses. A primary objective of this course is to teach managers how to read any event report and determine if root causes and effective solutions have been found. It also explores the elements of an effective incident investigation program, to include corrective action implementation. This course includes an 88 page training manual and handy reference cards.
