  COURSE DESCRIPTION: This course provides an overview of the Apollo Root Cause Analysis techniques and general philosophy. It provides the knowledge to effectively communicate with trained Apollo RCA Practitioners. The primary objective of the course is to expose the participant to each step in the methodology thereby achieving clarity on the purpose and intent of problem solving. This training should not be provided to people expected to fully utilize the Apollo Method. The course includes a 74 page reference manual and handy reference cards.
