RealityCharting Version 4.0
This new version of our cause and effect charting software is by far the best yet. We've compiled hundreds of user comments and requests and put them to action, resulting in a wave of new features to improve your RCA charting experience including:
- Help Videos – Want to know how to use any feature in RealityCharting - watch a video! Version 4 will include videos of all main features. To get started with a quick review, watch the Fast Start Tutorial in the Help menu
- Real Time Rules Check - see rule excursions in real-time. This gives you the option to fix them on your schedule

Purchase Version 4.1
If you have a version 3 product key, and would like to purchase a version 4 upgrade, you may click the link below to upgrade. Please have your Version 3 product key ready.
Because RealityCharting is embedded with the Apollo RCA methodology, we do not offer the software to non-Apollo trained individuals. If you do not have a previously registered version of RealityCharting, you must purchase the software along with training. This can be accomplished by purchasing our eLearning bundle, or by attending one of our training seminars.

Please download the trial of RealityCharting Version 4 - it will expire in 30 days unless you are an Apollo student and enter your license key, at which point the trial will be converted into the full version. For Apollo students, this is how you will acquire the software - just follow the instructions on the Version 4 Trial Download page. For those who are evaluating RealityCharting, enjoy your trial and please call our office for info about obtaining a full version of RealityCharting - accomplished by attending an Apollo course, or taking our eLearning bundle. Remember - the software supports the Apollo method and not the other way around, so you will be much more successful if you go through Apollo training.
